SHIPPING TIMES 

• Orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed
• Delivery can take 5 to 7 days depending on the order
  

• If multiple items are purchased, they will arrive separately as we want to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible
• All orders are fully guaranteed - if they get lost, we replace it for free.

TRACKING NUMBERS

• Tracking numbers are always provided for every order
• If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you will get a tracking number for each

CANCELLATIONS

• Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed.  If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to wait for your product to arrive so you can process a return.
